TYPES OF DECORATION.

SPOT COLOR PRINTING:

This is the most basic form of screen printing, involving the use of one or more solid colors. Each color is applied separately using a different stencil (screen) and then layered to create the final design. Spot color printing is ideal for simple designs with bold, solid colors.

HALF-TONE PRINTING:

Halftone printing involves creating the illusion of continuous tones by using tiny dots of varying sizes and spacing. This technique is commonly used in screen printing to reproduce gradients, shading, and photographic images with a range of tones.

4-COLOR PROCESS PRINTING (CMYK):

Process color printing, also known as CMYK printing, involves using four ink colors - cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (CMYK) - to create a wide range of colors through overlapping dots. This technique is commonly used for reproducing full-color photographs and complex artwork. (144 PIECE MINIMUM/$100 SETUP FEE)

SIMULATED PROCESS PRINTING:

Similar to process color printing, simulated process printing uses a limited number of colors to reproduce full-color images. However, instead of using CMYK inks, it employs a combination of spot colors to achieve the desired hues. This method is often used for printing high-quality images on dark or colored garments.

WATER-BASED & DISCHARGE PRINTING:

Water-based and discharge printing involve using environmentally friendly inks that penetrate the fabric's fibers, resulting in a soft, breathable finish. Discharge printing removes the dye from the fabric, leaving a natural, pigment-free color behind, while water-based inks create vibrant colors with minimal hand feel.

SPECIALTY PRINTING:

Screen printing allows for the use of various specialty inks to achieve unique effects. For example, metallic inks can add shimmer and shine to designs, glow-in-the-dark inks can create a luminescent effect, and puff inks can add texture and dimension by expanding when heated.

EMBROIDERY:

Embroidery is a classic decoration technique that uses colored threads to create textured, durable designs. Through precise stitching, it brings logos, text, and patterns to life with a clean, professional look. Perfect for apparel, hats, and accessories, embroidery adds depth and a lasting finish to any piece.

DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG):

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a modern technique that applies vibrant, high-resolution designs directly onto fabric. Using advanced inkjet technology, it achieves detailed prints with smooth gradients and a soft, lightweight feel. Ideal for complex, full-color artwork, DTG is perfect for customizing t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel with a premium look and long-lasting quality.

DIRECT TO FILM (DTF):

Direct-to-film (DTF) printing is an innovative decoration method that transfers detailed, full-color designs onto garments using a specialized adhesive and heat application. Known for its versatility, DTF works seamlessly on various fabrics and textures, producing vibrant, durable prints with a soft, flexible finish. Ideal for intricate designs and custom apparel, it delivers long-lasting quality and vibrant results.
